Your pet's health,
our promise
Our relationship with you doesn't end when you take your rescue pet home. We stand behind every animal we place — with a comprehensive health guarantee backed by licensed veterinary certification.
While we may not be able to guarantee that your rescue pet will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one — and we will always strive to help, even when our guarantee doesn't cover it.
We care, even
after you leave
As conscientious rescue counsellors and die-hard animal lovers, we take pride in the fact that our relationship with you doesn't end at collection. We believe nothing should ever go wrong — but we know certain things are beyond anyone's control.
A pet's health is dependent on genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help — oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn't technically cover it.
What our guarantee covers
Two tiers of protection, clearly defined — so you always know exactly where you stand.
In the unlikely event of the death of a rescue pet within two years of its birth due to genetics, or if the pet is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders within two years that adversely affect their health, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you.
In the event of the death of a pet due to genetics after ten years from birth, we will issue a credit of 70% of the original purchase cost towards a replacement rescue pet of equivalent value. This reflects our long-term commitment to your family.
Fully cleared by our
licensed veterinarian
Every rescue pet undergoes a thorough checkup by our licensed vet before shipping. A comprehensive Veterinary Health Report is issued on the date of departure — certifying the pet's condition across all major health systems.
If any serious issues are identified, the pet will not be shipped until they are fully resolved. We also require you to arrange an independent veterinary examination within ten days of receiving your pet.
What we need from you
Nothing delights us more than knowing we brought a healthy, happy pet to your home. To keep this guarantee valid, we ask you to meet a few simple requirements.
Send us a copy of a veterinary examination within 2 business days of receiving your pet. Must be performed by a licensed veterinarian.
Your pet arrives with up-to-date vaccinations. Do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your pet to avoid adverse reactions.
Maintain daily healthcare and all recommended immunisations and examinations throughout your pet's life, as advised by your vet.
Continue regular de-worming and exams up to 16 weeks of age — or as recommended by your veterinarian.
Provide appropriate nutrition, exercise, and overall care consistent with your pet's breed and age — fundamental to their long-term health.
Let us know how your pet is doing! We're always available to offer guidance, answer questions, or celebrate milestones together.
What the guarantee does not cover
For complete transparency, please read the following exceptions carefully before adopting.
We require you to have your rescue pet examined by a licensed veterinarian of your own choosing within ten days of receiving them. This forms part of the guarantee activation.
The cause of death or disorder must be certified in writing by a licensed veterinarian. This documentation is required before any replacement or credit can be issued.
