Our Promise

We care, even
after you leave

As conscientious rescue counsellors and die-hard animal lovers, we take pride in the fact that our relationship with you doesn't end at collection. We believe nothing should ever go wrong — but we know certain things are beyond anyone's control.

A pet's health is dependent on genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help — oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn't technically cover it.

Genetic health coverage Covers hereditary and congenital disorders that adversely affect your pet's health.

Cause of death must be certified by a licensed veterinarian
Partial Credit
After 10 Years — 70% Credit

In the event of the death of a pet due to genetics after ten years from birth, we will issue a credit of 70% of the original purchase cost towards a replacement rescue pet of equivalent value. This reflects our long-term commitment to your family.

Health Certification

Fully cleared by our
licensed veterinarian

Every rescue pet undergoes a thorough checkup by our licensed vet before shipping. A comprehensive Veterinary Health Report is issued on the date of departure — certifying the pet's condition across all major health systems.

If any serious issues are identified, the pet will not be shipped until they are fully resolved. We also require you to arrange an independent veterinary examination within ten days of receiving your pet.

Your Responsibilities

What we need from you

Nothing delights us more than knowing we brought a healthy, happy pet to your home. To keep this guarantee valid, we ask you to meet a few simple requirements.

Vet Exam Within 2 Days

Send us a copy of a veterinary examination within 2 business days of receiving your pet. Must be performed by a licensed veterinarian.

No Vaccinations in First 10 Days

Your pet arrives with up-to-date vaccinations. Do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your pet to avoid adverse reactions.

Ongoing Healthcare

Maintain daily healthcare and all recommended immunisations and examinations throughout your pet's life, as advised by your vet.

Continue De-worming

Continue regular de-worming and exams up to 16 weeks of age — or as recommended by your veterinarian.

Proper Nutrition & Care

Provide appropriate nutrition, exercise, and overall care consistent with your pet's breed and age — fundamental to their long-term health.

Stay in Contact

Let us know how your pet is doing! We're always available to offer guidance, answer questions, or celebrate milestones together.

Exceptions

What the guarantee does not cover

For complete transparency, please read the following exceptions carefully before adopting.

Disposition & Temperament We cannot guarantee disposition, temperament, conformation, size, weight, colour, markings, or breeding ability.
Hip Dysplasia in Overweight Airedale No replacements for breeds prone to hip dysplasia if the pet is overweight at the time of the claim.
Missed Vaccinations or Vet Care Failure to provide timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee entirely.
Spaying, Neutering & Related Costs Does not cover costs associated with spaying, neutering, or undescended testes.
10-Day Independent Vet Window

We require you to have your rescue pet examined by a licensed veterinarian of your own choosing within ten days of receiving them. This forms part of the guarantee activation.

Death Must Be Certified

The cause of death or disorder must be certified in writing by a licensed veterinarian. This documentation is required before any replacement or credit can be issued.
